Events
Gingerbread Nativity - It’s time for the annual gingerbread nativity day during Growing in God! Join us in the social hall on Sunday, December 14 at 10am for a fun (and tasty!) way to tell the Christmas story. Please sign up on the bulletin board or online so we know how many people to prepare for. This event is for folks of all ages.
Grown Up and Me Chapel Time - Kids ages 0-5 are invited to bring a grown up and join Pastor Kerri for chapel time on Monday, December 15 at 11:35am in the sanctuary. We’ll sing songs, hear a Bible story, and play together.
Nativity Display - As part of Breakfast at the Manger this year, you’re invited to display a nativity set from home in the hallway leading into the social hall. Each nativity will include a card with your name and a few sentences describing where your nativity came from and why it’s special to you. Sets should be dropped off by 10am on Friday, December 19, and can be taken home after noon on Sunday, December 21. Talk to Pastor Kerri if you have any questions.
Kids Christmas Party - Kids in grades 1-6 are invited to a Christmas party on Tuesday, December 30 from 1:30-4pm. Celebrate the Sixth Day of Christmas with games, snacks, and activities. Adult and teen volunteers are also needed.

Daily Prayer Resource for Parents
Busy parents and other primary caregivers may feel overwhelmed by the idea of developing a daily prayer practice. Unbridled Prayers - a new resource from the ELCA - can help! This easy-to-install app posts a prayer a day that parents can view. Prayers offer support, understanding, and a touch of humor. Parents can choose from prayers for early childhood, elementary, and preteen to match their kids’ ages.
